I. COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is an in-depth study of prayer. The following topics will be studied:

• Prayer Journaling
• Praying Effectively
• Answered Prayer
• Praying for Our Nation
• Giving Thanks
• Praying in Tongues

II. COURSE OBJECTIVES:

• To understand the importance of prayer
• To know how to pray effectively as a Christian

III. TEXTBOOKS AND STUDY GUIDES:

• Good morning Holy Spirit - Benny Hinn

IV. COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Become familiar with the course syllabus and any class handouts.
2. Listen carefully to each lesson and take thorough notes.
3. Complete the reading assignment by the date of the final exam.
4. Successfully complete the final exam.
5. A student is not allowed to pass the course without fully completing the required reading.

V. GRADING:

1. The Reading Assignment will account for 25% of the final grade. Submit 1-2 page report.
2. The Final Exam will account for 50% of the final grade.
3. Payer journal for 30 days. Must be submitted before the end of the term.
